Often the purchase of a fitness machine is just the start of a series of questions. While training on the new fitness machine there might be a few questions where you´re unsure of what to do or where you are unable find an answer in the owner manual. Some typical questions for example are:
- What is the best training for me?
- Which mistakes should I avoid?
- Which exercises and moves are useful and good for my health?
- How could I design an effective workout?
- What am I doing wrong when I experience pains during the training?
